Whistler bartender Eric Henry puts a spicy twist on the Chartreuse Swizzle.

Ingredients:
  • 1.25 oz Green Chartreuse
  • .5 oz Velvet Falernum
  • 1 oz Verdita
  • .75 oz Lime
Preparation:

Build in a hurricane glass. Add crushed ice and swizzle. Top with Mint.

Verdita: Purée cilantro, mint, jalapeños, habaneros, pineapple and lime juice. Strain through cheesecloth and bottle. Read more at: whistlerchicago.tumblr.com/16930972098
