Ingredients:
  • 2oz VSOP Cognac
  • 3/4 oz Cointreau
  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 oz simple syrup
  • Sugar
Preparation:

Rim a coupe with sugar, then place in the freezer to chill. Combine the cognac, Contreau, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker, full with ice, and shake vigorously. Strain into the rimmed glass and serve.
