Slowly we see small Signs of Spring. This vegetative Asparagus cocktail has accompanying notes of Nettles, Caraway, Citrus and Celery. Original Cocktail by Mike Di Tota
2oz Nettle Tea-Infused Vodka
1oz Asparagus Juice
3/4oz House Caraway Cordial
Egg Whites from 1 Egg
2 dashes House Orange Bitters
1 dash House Celery Bitters
Add all ingredients to mixing can, dry shake, add ice, shake, double strain into a chilled coupe.
Nettle Tea-Infused Vodka- Steep 3 bags of Nettle Tea in one 750ml bottle of Vodka for 2-3 days
