About this Cocktail
Attempt to recreate this seasonal cocktail from 15 Romolo. Kelly and Suzo are wonderful hosts there.
1.5 oz redemption rye
1.5 oz tangerine purÃ©e
1.5 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz Cointreau
Two dashes of Bittermans tiki bitters
Shake ingredients over ice and strain into a Collins glass charged with cubes of ice. I add a bit of cinnamon basil from my garden to complement the bright fruit.
