This is one of the contemporary cocktails served at Glasgow's famous Rogano Oyster Bar. Inspired by images of the Queen Mary coasting down the River Clyde.
2oz Woodford Reserve
Dash of Drambuie
Candied orange zest garnish
Add first three ingredients to an ice filled mixing glass and stir until very cold. Strain into any appropriate stopper bottle and fill with hickory smoke using the Smoking Gun.
Swirl gently and serve half into a chilled cocktail glass over a candied orange zest garnish. If smoked to taste add the rest of the bottle or allow to rest for a minute or two for a smokier flavour.
