Smokey negroni

About this Cocktail

A smokey take on a negroni. The laphoraig balances out the sweetness of the vermouth and also lends a different flavour to a usual drink.

Ingredients:
  • 25mls gin
  • 25mls campari
  • 10mls dry vermouth
  • 10mls sweet vermouth
  • 5mls laphoraig 10
  • Barspoon of sugar syrup
  • 3 dashes angoustura bitters
  • 3 dashes orange bitters
Preparation:

Put all in a glass bottle and place in freezer. The negroni will thicken and become ice cold. Pour over ice and serve with a lemon twist.
