About this Cocktail
Was reading the PDT cocktail book and came across a recipe with corn water. So researched some more and thought this would make a good brunch cocktail. Kinda like bacon and eggs.
1 egg white
1 1/2 oz Dickel infused with Benton's Bacon
1/2 maple syrup
1 oz corn water (purÃ©e 8 oz whole sweet corn to 16 oz water and strain well)
3/4 oz soda water for fizz and white build up
Shake all except soda in tin for 30 seconds, add a few ice cubes and shake till ice has melted. Or close to it, pour into coupe and top with soda water. Garnish with minced Benton's Bacon bits.
