Created this drink for a mock cocktail contest for a new distillery opening in Tennessee.
8 pomegranate seeds
5 rosemary leaves
3 drops Sriracha
1 tsp honey
1 1/2 oz Sugarlands Distilling Moonshine (be released in January, not sure of exact name of their corn shine)
3 oz sparkling white grape juice
Middle all ingredients, except for sparkling white grape juice. Add ice to mixing tin shake and strain into highball glass or mason jar. Add sparkling white grape juice and ice. Garnish with 3 pomegranate seeds, 2 drops of Sriracha and a rosemary skewer. I put the drops on the skewer so when I stir the spice gets a little more evenly distributed. Also lightly burn the rosemary skewer leaves for a beautiful aroma when drinking.
