Idea came out from a bottle of Jim Beam Devils cut, which appeared in my yesterday.
50ml jim beam devil's cut
30ml spicy condensed milk*
2 dashes of angostura orange butters
Stir everything together in a old fashioned glass, garnish with lemon zest.
Spicy milk: take in equal parts milk and sugar (as you are making simple syrup but with milk instead of water) add spices (i used cloves, anis, orange zest, lemon zest, black peppercorns and a punch of mint) and heat it up until sugar is dissolved. Leave it for a couple of hours to infuse and then strain into glass jar. And store in fridge if course.
