About this Cocktail
This cocktail is one of my recipes. It's inspired by the Airmail.
1 oz. Flor de CaÃ±a 7 Year Rum
.75 oz. Lime Juice
1 oz. Honey Syrup (1:1)
1 Egg White
4-5 Mint Leaves
Dry shake rum, lime juice, honey syrup, and egg white to emulsify. Add mint leaves and ice. Wet shake. Double strain into a chilled coupé. Garnish with 5-6 drops of Angostura.
