About this Cocktail
A more biting version of the sidecar, substituting grapefruit liqueur for the cointreau and grapefruit juice for lemon juice
1 1/2 oz cognac
3/4 Giffard Pampelmousse
3/4 grapefuit juice
1 grapefruit peel for garnish
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and shake with ice cubes. Double-strain into the cocktail glass. Twist the peel over the surface of the cocktail and drop into the drink.
