Adapted as best as possible from the Soggy Dollar Bar, White Bay, BVI
4oz pineapple juice
1oz orange juice
1oz Cream of coconut (Coco Lopez)
2-4oz Pusser's dark rum
First, add the Pusser's Rum, two to four ounces depending on the generosity of the pour. Next, add pineapple juice (four ounces), cream of coconut (one ounce) and orange juice (one ounce). Pour over ice and then top with grated fresh nutmeg, vigorously grated with oomph.
