About this Cocktail
Created for New Year's Eve...
Adapted from a couple of recipes
.75 oz 151 -proof rum
.5 oz triple sec/oj liqueur
1.5 oz brandy/cognac/armagnac
1 oz kahlua
3 oz fresh brewed strong coffee
Garnish: whip cream
Add rum and triple sec to the sugar-rimmed glass and carefully ignite. Add kahlua (the flame should go out at this point) and top with hot coffee. Garnish.
