About this Cocktail

Created for New Year's Eve...
Adapted from a couple of recipes

Ingredients:
  • .75 oz 151 -proof rum
  • .5 oz triple sec/oj liqueur
  • 1.5 oz brandy/cognac/armagnac
  • 1 oz kahlua
  • 3 oz fresh brewed strong coffee
  • Garnish: whip cream
Preparation:

Add rum and triple sec to the sugar-rimmed glass and carefully ignite. Add kahlua (the flame should go out at this point) and top with hot coffee. Garnish.
