Experimenting to make a much more complex and rich espresso martini (vodka, espresso & simple syrup). The tequila adds loads of interesting flavour which pairs well with the extra coffee and malty flavours of the wheat beer which also adds a subtle fizz. Pleased with the result. Think I need to work on the name though...
50ml Tapatio blanco tequila
25ml Galliano ristretto coffee liqueur
25ml espresso coffee
Dash Dr Adam Elmegirab's Aphrodite bitters
75ml Camden wheat beer
Shake first four ingredients over ice and double strain into a cocktail glass. Float the wheat beer over the top.
