About this Cocktail
A gin and tonic plus a Thai garden.
1 oz gin
2 shiso leaves
1 red chili
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
Muddle lime, chili and shiso together.
Pour gin. Stir.
Add smashed ginger.
Garnish with shiso.
I should have probably strained it before serving - undecided about that. Any expert opinions?
