**Elderberry Syrup, simply burst berries and cover with a healthy dusting of sugar, seal bowl with cling wrap and leave in a Warm (not hot) place for 24 hours. Strain using cheesecloth. By adding some citric acid and alcohol it will keep for several days in a refrigerator.
50ml Bombay Saphire
20ml Saint Germain Elderflower Liqueur
10ml Dry Vermouth
15ml Fresh lemon juice
15ml Elderberry Syrup (homemade)**
Lemon Twist Garnish
Place all ingredients into a shaker tin, except for the garnish. Shake with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail coupe. Garnish with a long lemon twist.
