About this Cocktail

This is a variation on a whiskey sour. It most notably incorporates Allspice Dram and lavender bitters.

  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz St. Elizabeth's Allspice Dram
  • 1/4 oz egg white
  • 2 dashes lavender bitters
  • 6-8 drops blackstrap bitters

Shake and strain all ingredients except the blackstrap bitters into an ice-filled rocks glass. The egg white should create a nice frothy foam when strained into the glass. Using the eyedropper, place 6-8 drops of Blackstrap bitters on top of the foam.
