About this Cocktail

Summer, tiki... With a little Russian twist.

Ingredients:
  • 20ml white rum
  • 20ml gin
  • 10ml triple sec
  • 20ml vanilla syrup
  • 20ml lemon juice
  • 50ml carrot juice
  • Bunch of square pineapple chunks
Preparation:

Shake everything except pineapple with ice, then fill double old fashioned glass with layers of crushed ice and chunks of pineapple. Strain cocktail, garnish with pineapple leaves and some fancy carved carrot slices.
