This was my favorite summer drink back in Rome when the Tiber River's banks transformed into a line of cocktail lounges and clubs. Cin cin!
1.5 oz CachaÃ§a or light rum
Half of a lime, cut into 4 pieces
1/4 cup strawberries, cut into chunks
1 TB of sugar
In a cocktail glass add the sugar and limes. Muddle the limes, then add the strawberries. Muddle the strawberries then fill the rest of the glass with ice. Add the rum and then transfer everything into a cocktail shaker. Shake well then pour everything back into glass, including the ice. Optional: garnish with strawberry.
