About this Cocktail

I wanted to fuse a Negroni, a Fizz, and a Daiquiri. This was that brain child!

Ingredients:
  • 1.75oz. Appleton Reserve Blend
  • 1oz. Campari
  • 1oz. Dolin Génépy Des Alpes
  • Egg white
  • .75 Lemon Juice
  • Cantina Di Sorbara Dry Lambrusco
Preparation:

Dry shake egg whites. Add everything except Lambrusco to shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for almost a minute. Strain over large cube.

Float Lambrusco

Garnish with orange rind.
