About this Cocktail

Excellent scotch whisky variation on the classic Tom & Jerry to close the night at The Good Spirit Co. Christmas Cocktail Club.

  • 20ml AnCnoc 12yo
  • 15ml Stroma whisky liqueur
  • 20ml Pink Pigeon spiced rum
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp caster sugar
  • 75ml warm spiced milk

Separate egg whites from yolks, add the sugar to the yolks and whisk in separate bowls. The yolks until runny and the whites until stiff. Gradually add the stroma to the yolks while whisking. Add the whites to the yolks one spoon at a time and fold together. Into a warm mug pour the whisky and rum, add 2 tablespoons of the egg batter and top with warm spiced milk stirring until a froth is formed on top. Garnish with grated dark chocolate.
