Another Italian Happy Hour cocktail. By Regina Butler

Ingredients:
  • 2oz Tio Pepe Fino Sherry
  • 1oz Cynar
  • .5 Rothman and Winters Apricot
Preparation:

Add to mixing glass, ice, stir, strain into a anisette rinsed (meletti anisette,pernod etc...)coupe.
