About this Cocktail

I created this drink as a play on the Ramos Gin Fizz for Nola Tech week. It was named the official cocktail for the event.

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz Rougaroux Sugarshine
  • .75 oz Clement Creole shrub
  • 2 barspoons powdered sugar
  • The juice of 1/2 a grapefruit
  • 2 blackberries
  • Dash of simple syrup
  • 3 dashes orange flower water
  • Splash of soda water
Preparation:

Chill a wine glass. Place 2 blackberries in the wine glass with a dash of simple and muddle. In a mixing tin add the rum, shrub, juice, sugar and egg white. Shake approximately 20 times and strain into the glass. Top with soda water and the three dashes of orange flower water. Garnish with a fresh blackberry.
