From Amaro book by B. T. Parsons
1.5 oz rum
1 oz Amaro Ramazzotti
6 fresh blackberries
0.5 oz lime juice
1/4 oz Demerara syrup
Garnish: lime wedge and blackberries
Combine rum, Amaro, blackberries, lime juice, and Demerara syrup in cocktail shaker filled ice.
Shake until chilled and double strain into glass filled with ice.
Top off with ginger beer and garnish.
