Be anywhere in the world, if you're a coffee lover, this drink is a great addition to a boozy brunch.
1.5 oz espresso
1 oz peated scotch single malt (I recommend Laphroaig)
1 oz blended scotch
1/3 oz vanilla syrup (for a spicier drink, you can use allspice dram instead of vanilla)
3-4 oz tonic water
Add all ingredients and some ice in a shaker, give it a good shake, and strain it into a tumbler glass. For a cooler look, you can pre-add the tonic to the glass and gently pour the drink on top of it, but then stir it well before drinking.
