About this Cocktail

From the American Bar at the Savoy Hotel. I took some liberties converting ml. to oz.

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz Plymouth sloe gin
  • 1/2 oz St. George Terroir gin
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 1/4 oz simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 barspoon St. George absinthe
Preparation:

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker, dry shake for 15 seconds. Add ice, shake again for 15 seconds. Double strain into a coupe glass.
