About this Cocktail

To celebrate the summer solstice, I wanted something bright, sweet, and with a spicy kick.

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 oz anejo
  • 1/2 oz hibiscus liqueur
  • 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • 2 thin slices fresh jalapeño
  • 1/2 oz agave nectar
  • Splash grapefruit soda
Preparation:

Muddle jalapeño, agave, grapefruit juice. Add anejo and hibiscus. Shake with ice. Strain into coupe. Top with splash of grapefruit soda. Garnish with grapefruit twist.
