About this Cocktail
To celebrate the summer solstice, I wanted something bright, sweet, and with a spicy kick.
1 1/2 oz anejo
1/2 oz hibiscus liqueur
1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
2 thin slices fresh jalapeÃ±o
1/2 oz agave nectar
Splash grapefruit soda
Muddle jalapeño, agave, grapefruit juice. Add anejo and hibiscus. Shake with ice. Strain into coupe. Top with splash of grapefruit soda. Garnish with grapefruit twist.
