Just a summery tart sour. You can try subbing a few ingredients like blackberry jam for the plum compote, a different sweetener like simple syrup or honey for the amaretto, or Peychaud's bitters for the 5-Spice bitters. That being said, the real deal will taste best!
2 oz Bourbon
.75 oz lemon juice
.50 oz amaretto
1 egg white
2 tablespoons plum compote
4 dashes Bitter Queens 5-Spice bitters
Dry shake. Shake with ice. Double strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon twist.
