About this Cocktail

A featured cocktail at the Del Maguey table at the 2014 Aspen Food & Wine Classic.

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz Del Maguey Vida
  • .75 oz Rothman & Winter Orchard Apricot
  • .5 oz Royal Rose Saffron Syrup
  • .75 oz Lemon Juice
  • 2 Dashes Bittermen's Celery Shrub
Preparation:

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strained into a chilled cocktail glass. Enjoy!
