About this Cocktail
I was trying to create a fall Tiki style cocktail. With a Local Rum from Louisiana ( Bayou Rum ). So this cocktail can go hot or cold I like It both ways.
1.5 oz. Bayou Spiced Rum
.5 oz. Velvet Falernum
.5 oz. Holiday Syrup (Apple, Hazelnut, Cinnamon, Green Cardamon)
1 oz. Pineapple Juice
4 drops Bittermans Tiki Bitters
Mason Jar: Fill w/ Soda. Irish Coffee Mug: Fill w/ Hot Water
Garnish with Dry Hibiscus
Hot & Cold
Build in the respective Glasses and add Soda or Hot water. Garnish with Dry Hibiscus
