This drink closed the night at The Good Spirits Co. Halloween Cocktail Club in Glasgow. This would be an excellent cocktail to serve smoked in a cloche but it wasn’t practical for the numbers on the night. Roddy was blamed for naming the drink.
Add all ingredients to an ice filled mixing glass and stir until chilled and diluted. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a caramelised Apple skewer.
