About this Cocktail

Originated from The Brooklyn Star in NY. Slightly revised version we ran as a special in STL.

Ingredients:
  • 2oz Four Roses Single Barrel
  • 1.5oz Sweet Tea Syrup
  • 1oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1oz Egg White
  • Angostura Drops
Preparation:

Dry shake all ingredients and strain over two large rocks. Drop angostura on foam, garnish with lemon peel.
