About this Cocktail

Absinthe for breakfast.

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 oz Absinthe
  • 3/8 oz Lemon juice
  • 3/8 oz Lime juice
  • 3/4 oz Orgeat
  • 1 oz Cream
  • 3 drops Orange flower water
  • 1/2 oz Egg white
  • 1 oz Soda
Preparation:

Dry shake, long shake with ice, strain into fizz glass over soda, garnish with a few more drops of orange flower water.
