"Tea time, time for tea" is sung daily in my home in preparation for the morning cuppa. To make matters worse, I have infused a bottle of Bombay Dry Gin with black tea. With the inclusion of a whole egg, I believe that if one were to add toast, they would have a complete breakfast.
2 oz Black Tea infused Bombay Dry Gin
0.5 oz Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Demerara Syrup
0.25 oz CrÃ¨me de Violette
One dash Lavender Bitters
Dry shake, wet shake, strain into Collins glass with ice and soda. Lemon peel garnish.
