About this Cocktail

"Tea time, time for tea" is sung daily in my home in preparation for the morning cuppa. To make matters worse, I have infused a bottle of Bombay Dry Gin with black tea. With the inclusion of a whole egg, I believe that if one were to add toast, they would have a complete breakfast.

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Black Tea infused Bombay Dry Gin
  • 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 oz Demerara Syrup
  • 0.25 oz Crème de Violette
  • One dash Lavender Bitters
  • Whole Egg
  • Lemon Peel
  • Soda
Preparation:

Dry shake, wet shake, strain into Collins glass with ice and soda. Lemon peel garnish.

Now please go and make some toast with butter!
