Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice - 3/4 oz
Lemon Basil Infused Oxley Gin - 2oz
Texas Honey Water - 3/4 oz (I Part Texas Honey, 1 Part Filtered Water)
Club Soda - 2 oz
Muddle Red Raspberries and Lemon Juice in a Shaker, add the Lemon Basil Infused Oxley Gin, and Honey Water, Shake and Strain into a Collins Glass with Ice. Top with Club Soda and Garnish with a Sprig of Basil.
