About this Cocktail

A super refreshing Sotheast Asian inspired cocktail for those hot summer days. Original cocktail by Mike Di Tota

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Lemongrass Infused Rum
  • 6-8 Thai Basil Leaves (plus sprig for garnish)
  • 3/4 oz Lime Juice
  • 3/4 oz Lime Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 oz Coconut Milk
  • Garnish- Lime wheel &Thai Basil Sprig
Preparation:

Muddle Thai Basil Leaves in mixing can. Add all other ingredients and shake with ice. Double strain into rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with lime wheel and Thai basil sprig.

Lime Syrup- make a simple syrup- 1:1 ratio add lime zest from 1 lime. Let cool.
