About this Cocktail
A slight variation of a wonderful drink served at Talde in Jersey City.
2 oz white rum or cachasa
2 oz pineapple juice
1 oz Thai basil syrup
1/2 oz lime juice
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake vigorously, strain into a chilled coupe, and garnish with lime wheel or thai basil leaf.
