About this Cocktail

Experimenting with an amazing bottle of rum I bought in Thailand, Phraya 'Deep Matured' golden rum. In a daiquiri it really needs something like the St Germain and Bitters to give it some complexity, herbal notes and to take the edge off the sweetness. Something like Chartreuse may work well too.

Ingredients:
  • 50ml Phraya Golden Rum
  • 25ml Lime juice
  • 10ml St Germain Elderflower liqueur
  • Splash of gomme
  • 4 dashes of Orinoco Bitters
Preparation:

Shake and double strain, no garnish.
