An unusual Hungarian ingredient was used at last months cocktail club at the Good Spirits Co. in Glasgow.
20ml Plantation 3-stars rum (infused with dried apple for 4 days)
2.5ml Zwack Unicum
Top with Vaperetto Prosecco
Pour the rum and Unicum into a chilled coupe glass, top with Prosecco and garnish with a rum infused apple slice.
