Came upon an abundance of fresh grapefruit in Palm Desert, CA.
three parts fresh grapefruit juice
splash of agave nectar
1/2 juice of a lemon
three dashes of lavender bitters
Fentiman's ginger beer
use a shaker and shake ice, vodka, bitters, grapefruit, mint, and basil together. serve up with ginger beer as the float.
also good if you muddle the above and serve on the rocks.
