I created this cocktail for use at Blackberry Farm, a Relais & Chateaux resort located in Walland, TN. Simple and refreshing, this cocktail captures the essence of summer.
1.5 oz. Hanger One Fraser River Raspberry Vodka
.25 oz. Simple Syrup (2:1 ratio)
1 whole lemon freshly squeezed
In a mixing tin with ice add everything except the soda water. Shake till cold and pour into a mason jar. Top with soda water. Garnish with 3 moonshine blueberries, 3 raspberries and a thick lemon peel.
