About this Cocktail

This is a cocktail I did for a guest night with the Belcampo Meat company's new restaurant.

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Atlantico reserva rum
  • .5 olorosso sherry
  • .5 cognac
  • .5 apple syrup
Preparation:

Stir with ice and strain into a chilled coupe
