About this Cocktail

Spirit forward Rum cocktail created by Matt Grippo at Blackbird.

Ingredients:
  • 2 ounces Zaya rum
  • .75 Cocchi Americano
  • .25 Bittermens Citron Sauvage
  • 2 dashes grapefruit (I infused grapefruit bitters with toasted macadamia nuts) for a savory element
Preparation:

Combine ingredients in glass, stir, strain and serve.
