This Negroni Week cocktail is a fizz which I'm calling The Bitter Contessa. Swapping out Punt e Mes for vermouth and adding Cointreau yields another level of bitterness that Count Negroni just couldn't handle.
45 ml Gin
30 ml Campari
15 ml Cointreau
10 ml Punt e Mes
Combine ingredients in tin. Stir and strain into Collins glass. Top with soda. Express orange peel and garnish.
