1 1/4 oz Amaro Nardini
3/4 oz pisco
1/4 oz Cocchi Americano
1/2 oz lemon juice
Combined all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and dry shake for at least 10 seconds to fully incorporate the egg white. Add ice and continue shaking until chilled. Double-strain into a chilled coupe. No garnish.
