About this Cocktail
A Sazerac by way of the Border Trilogy, named for a south of the border by way of the Old South gentleman of my acquaintance. Rafa García Febles, NYC, 2013.
1 oz Bourbon
1 oz Mezcal
1 teaspoon Pedro XimÃ©nez Sherry
1 teaspoon Coffee liqueur
1 dash each Angostura and cinnamon bitters
1 rinse Yellow Chartreuse
1 lemon twist
Stir, strain into a yellow Chartreuse-rinsed old fashioned glass over one big rock, twist.
