About this Cocktail

Named after old ships that were used by Mediterranean pirates.

The idea here was to create a spirit driven cocktail that was designed to be imbibed during the summer months.

For our program we chose to batch and bottle these, then pack them in ice during service. They are served over big ice.

We are using a house blend of bitters & grapefruit bitters, but mess around and see which you like best!

Ingredients:
  • 2oz Rye
  • 1/2 Cocchi Americano
  • 1/2 Nonino Amaro
  • Grapefruit Bitters
  • Cucumber Slice
Preparation:

Stir with cracked ice / strain over big ice.
