About this Cocktail

Spiced rum, with its notes of cloves, allspice, and vanilla, is complemented by the comforting fall flavors of spicy cinnamon, sweet, rich maple syrup, and warming apple cider in this cocktail inspired by autumn in Toronto. From Saveur: http://www.saveur.com/article/Recipes/The-Canadian-Cocktail

Which spiced rum do you use?

Your 100th drink. Welcome to the club, Chris. I have visions of a secret meeting on a secluded island of those centurion indoctrinées of BarNotes, making stirred drinks with difficult to pronounce ingredients. It'll be magic!
