I made this in April of 2015 for a competition for The Irishman Irish whiskey.
2 ounces Irishman founders reserve
1 ounce Irishman Irish cream
1 ounce honey syrup (2:1)
1 ounce fresh orange juice
Add all ingredients to shaker. I do a reverse dry shake. I shake everything with ice first. Strain the liquid off and shake again. It seems to get more foam that way for me. Garnish with an orange zest.
