About this Cocktail

This was a drink I served at my wedding reception. Named after the church I was married in, Our Lady of Mt Carmel.

Ingredients:
  • 2 ounces of Rye Whiskey
  • 1/2 ounce Sweet Vermouth
  • 1/2 ounce Dry Vermouth
  • Light Pinch of Smoked Sea Salt
  • 1 Werther's Original
  • Dash Fee Bro's Ang
Preparation:

Shake hard until Werther's has cracked and half dissolved. Pour in highball over a large ice cube or up in chilled glass.

Let the bits of candy fall to the bottom of the drink.
